• Recap generation
• AI-generated recommendations

Features may evolve over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the Services on behalf of your church, ministry, organization, or entity.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining account security
• protecting credentials
• activities occurring under your account
• ensuring authorized usage by team members

You agree to provide accurate account information.

Certain features require paid subscriptions.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan.

Subscription fees:

• are billed in advance
• may renew automatically
• are non-refundable except where required by law

We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Plans may include limits such as:

• AI service hours
• livestream runtime
• recap generations
• storage
• operator seats
• automation usage

If limits are exceeded, certain advanced features may be reduced or restricted.

RhemaPresenter will attempt to preserve core operational continuity during active services.

You agree not to:

• misuse the Services
• interfere with platform stability
• reverse engineer the Services
• upload malicious content
• violate laws or regulations
• infringe intellectual property rights
• use the Services for unlawful surveillance
• abuse AI systems or infrastructure

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or incorrect recommendations.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and approving:

• scripture outputs
• worship lyrics
• overlays
• livestream graphics
• sermon recaps
• AI-generated content

RhemaPresenter does not guarantee:

• theological correctness
• denominational compatibility
• scriptural accuracy
• uninterrupted AI performance

The Services are assistive tools only.

RhemaPresenter and all related software, branding, interfaces, workflows, graphics, and technology are owned by NISTA LLC or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you upload.

You grant RhemaPresenter a limited license to process and display uploaded content solely for operation of the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper licenses and rights for:

• worship lyrics
• songs
• livestream music
• copyrighted media
• presentation assets

RhemaPresenter is not responsible for licensing compliance obligations.

We strive to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation
• error-free performance
• zero latency
• continuous availability

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.

Certain features may be labeled beta, preview, experimental, or early access. Such features are provided "as is" and may be unstable or incomplete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RhemaPresenter and NISTA LLC shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• consequential damages
• lost revenue
• livestream failures
• incorrect AI outputs
• service interruptions
• data loss
• ministry disruptions
• operational mistakes

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RhemaPresenter and NISTA LLC from claims arising from:

• your use of the Services
• uploaded content
• copyright violations
• livestream usage
• licensing issues
• misuse of AI outputs

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms
• abuse the Services
• threaten platform stability
• engage in fraudulent activity

You may stop using the Services at any time.
